Terms of service
By completing a booking with C2C Haircare, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. Please read them before booking. If you have any questions, contact us at info@c2chaircare.co.uk before proceeding.
1. About C2C Haircare
C2C Haircare is a trading name of C2C Professionals Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We operate a specialist booking and matching service that connects clients with qualified, vetted haircare professionals.
C2C Haircare is a platform and introducer. We are not the direct provider of haircare services. The haircare service is delivered by the self-employed professional assigned to your appointment. By booking through C2C Haircare, you are engaging that professional through our platform.
Our professionals deliver appointments at hospitals, care homes, hospices, supported living facilities, residential homes, and private residences across London and surrounding areas.
2. Making a booking
Bookings may be made by completing the enquiry form on our website, by telephone, or by email. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from C2C Haircare by email. We do not accept verbal bookings as confirmed.
At the time of booking, please provide accurate information about:
- •The name and contact details of the person making the booking
- •The name of the person receiving the service, where different
- •The full address where the service will be delivered
- •Any access requirements, mobility considerations, or scheduling constraints
- •Any known allergies, scalp sensitivities, or product restrictions
C2C Haircare will confirm the assigned professional and send their profile by email ahead of the appointment. We reserve the right to reassign a professional where necessary and will notify you in advance wherever possible.
3. Treatment, pricing, and service variations
All services and prices are listed on our treatment menu. Prices shown are confirmed at the time of booking. An administration fee and travel fee apply to each appointment and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
The final service delivered and its price are confirmed in your written booking confirmation. Any amendments to the service or duration requested before the appointment must be made directly with C2C Haircare and confirmed in writing.
On the day of the appointment, the assigned professional may assess that a different treatment is more appropriate given the client's hair condition or needs. In this event:
- •The professional will notify C2C Haircare before making any change to the agreed service
- •Where the recommended treatment costs more than the booked service, C2C Haircare will send the client an additional payment link for the price difference. The professional will proceed once the additional payment is confirmed.
- •Where the recommended treatment costs less than the booked service, the price difference will be applied as a credit to the client's next booking with C2C Haircare.
- •If the client wishes to proceed with the original booked treatment, the professional will use their professional judgment as to whether the original service can be delivered safely and appropriately within the agreed time. If it cannot, the professional may decline to proceed. The safety and wellbeing of the client and the professional takes precedence in all circumstances.
No additional charges will be applied without the client's prior agreement.
4. Payment
Payment for individual bookings is due at the time of booking and is processed securely via Stripe. Institutional clients are invoiced following the appointment on 14-day payment terms and may pay by card payment link or BACS bank transfer.
A non-refundable administration fee is added to each booking to cover platform operational costs. A travel fee is paid directly to the professional on arrival and does not pass through the platform.
C2C Haircare reserves the right to request a deposit for appointments above a threshold value, or where a client has previously not attended a confirmed appointment without notice.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Our full cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all bookings. A summary is set out below.
To cancel or reschedule, email info@c2chaircare.co.uk with your booking reference and appointment date. The time of your email determines which tier applies.
If C2C Haircare cancels your appointment, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid and a goodwill credit of £10 applied to your next booking.
Statutory cancellation rights: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a service contract within 14 days of booking. By confirming a booking for a specific appointment date and time, you expressly request that the service begins within that statutory cancellation period. You acknowledge that once your booking is confirmed in writing, your statutory right to cancel without charge is waived and our cancellation policy above applies. This does not affect any other statutory rights you hold as a consumer.
6. Client responsibilities
By making a booking you confirm that you will:
- •Provide accurate and complete information about the service location and client needs at the time of booking
- •Ensure a suitable space is available for the professional to deliver the service safely
- •Disclose any known allergies, scalp sensitivities, or product restrictions before the appointment
- •Ensure a parent or legal guardian is present throughout any appointment involving a person under 18
- •Not request or encourage the professional to deliver services outside the confirmed booking
- •Not arrange direct payment or future bookings with the professional outside the C2C Haircare platform
7. Institutional and partnership bookings
Hospitals, care homes, hospices, supported living facilities, and other institutions may book individual appointments through C2C Haircare on the same terms as individual clients. These bookings are subject to these terms of service.
Recurring managed service arrangements, partnership agreements, and B2B contracts with institutions are not available through self-serve booking and are subject to separate commercial agreements negotiated directly with C2C Professionals Ltd. These terms of service do not govern institutional partnership arrangements.
To enquire about institutional partnerships or managed service arrangements, contact us directly at info@c2chaircare.co.uk.
8. Our professionals
All professionals on the C2C Haircare network hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate including the Adults' Barred List, are fully qualified in hairdressing, and have experience relevant to health, social care, and community settings. They carry their own professional equipment and use products appropriate to the client's needs and setting.
C2C Haircare matches professionals to appointments based on skills, location, hair type specialism, and where possible language or cultural preference. While we take every care in the matching process, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific professional for every booking.
9. Liability
C2C Haircare acts as a booking and matching platform. The haircare service is delivered by the assigned self-employed professional. C2C Professionals Ltd is not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of services delivered.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any known medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect the safety of the service. C2C Haircare and its professionals accept no liability for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed conditions or sensitivities.
C2C Professionals Ltd's liability to clients is limited to the value of the booking fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect loss, consequential loss, or loss of opportunity arising from a cancelled or rescheduled appointment.
Any complaint about the service delivered must be raised with C2C Haircare within 48 hours of the appointment by emailing info@c2chaircare.co.uk.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
