C2C Haircare is committed to making its services and website accessible to everyone. This statement sets out what we currently provide, known limitations, and how to contact us if you need support or want to give feedback.

- •Language alternatives, our website and documents are currently available in English only. We do not currently provide translated versions in other languages.
- •British Sign Language, we do not currently offer BSL interpretation for telephone or video consultations.

The C2C Haircare service is designed to be accessible by its nature. Appointments are delivered at the client's location, at home, in hospital, in a care home, or in any residential or community setting. You do not need to travel to access a professional.

- •Women-only appointments, available on request

- •Bedside appointments, our professionals carry specialist portable equipment for clients who are unable to sit at a wash basin
- •Cultural and community requirements, please indicate any relevant requirements at the time of booking
